SWOT Analysis Paralysis is not learned. It is lived. The Institute's doctoral programme simply certifies what colleagues, spouses, and group-project members have long observed: a rare, dedicated mastery of spending so long analyzing threats that you become one.

Coursework includes zero lectures, no examinations, and an optional thesis that will remain optional forever. Graduates are assessed on a lifetime portfolio of genuine incompetence — which, in our experience, the recipient has already submitted without knowing it.

Each certificate is personalized with the recipient's name, printed with the Institute's seal and the Rector's signature, and issued with a unique certificate number and a working QR verification code. Scan it, and our records will confirm — in suitably formal language — that the incompetence is real.
