What you are buying

Every product on this site is a digital novelty certificate — a personalized PDF delivered instantly after payment, together with a unique certificate number and a working QR verification page. Nothing physical is shipped, and nothing academic is conferred (that part is the joke).

Our refund stance, in plain language

Because certificates are personalized and delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned." That said, we would rather refund an order than have an unhappy customer, so:

• Something went wrong on our side — you were charged but never received your certificate, the PDF is corrupted, the personalization we printed doesn't match what you entered, or the QR verification doesn't work: full refund or free replacement, your choice. Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• You made a typo in the recipient's name or specialization: we will regenerate the certificate with the corrected details free of charge — just contact us. No refund needed when we can fix it.
• You changed your mind after downloading: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no interrogation. We may deactivate the certificate's verification code when refunding, which is the digital equivalent of revoking your degree. Fitting, really.
• Duplicate charges or suspected billing errors: contact us and we will refund the duplicate promptly.

How to request a refund

Email admin@strategicincompetence.institute or use the contact form with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's own level of strategic incompetence.

What we can't refund

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (7 days for change-of-mind refunds).
• Consequences of presenting a novelty certificate as a real credential. Please don't.
